Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of wrkfrcstdio, a workforce and job-architecture platform (the "Service") provided by [company legal name, address] ("we", "us"). By signing in or using the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organisation you represent (the "Customer").
1. The Service
The Service provides tools for organising, levelling, and analysing workforce and job data, including assisted features that use large-language-model providers. Features may evolve over time; we may add, change, or remove functionality provided the core character of the Service is preserved.
2. Accounts and access
Access is invitation-based. You must keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that compromise the security or integrity of the Service.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service in violation of applicable law.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other tenants' data.
- Do not probe, disrupt, or overload the Service or circumvent usage limits.
- Do not upload content you have no right to process.
4. Customer data
The Customer retains all rights in data submitted to the Service ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data only to provide and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy and any data-processing agreement in place with the Customer. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Customer Data.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, remains our property or that of our licensors. These Terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for the Customer's internal business purposes during the agreed term.
6. Confidentiality of the Service
The non-public aspects of the Service — including its features, user interface, workflows, documentation, roadmap, pricing, and any performance or evaluation results — are our confidential information. During the term and for three (3) years thereafter, you and the Customer will (a) not disclose such information to third parties, (b) use it only to use and evaluate the Service as permitted, and (c) protect it with at least the degree of care applied to your own confidential information of similar importance. In particular, you will not publish screenshots, demonstrations, benchmarks, or reviews of non-public functionality without our prior written consent.
These obligations do not apply to information that is or becomes publicly available without breach of these Terms, was lawfully known before disclosure, is independently developed without use of the confidential information, or must be disclosed by law or court order (with prompt notice to us where legally permitted). Where a separate signed non-disclosure agreement exists, that agreement prevails for the disclosures it covers.
7. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance and factors outside our control may affect availability. Support arrangements are as agreed with the Customer.
8. Warranties and liability
The Service is provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence; for slight negligence we are liable only for breach of material contractual obligations and limited to typical, foreseeable damage. Analytical and AI-assisted outputs are decision support and must be reviewed by qualified personnel before being relied upon.
9. Term and termination
These Terms apply while you use the Service. Either party may terminate as agreed in the underlying customer agreement. Upon termination we will, on request, return or delete Customer Data in accordance with the applicable agreement and statutory retention duties.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for good cause (for example legal or functional changes). We will announce material changes in advance through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of [governing law / jurisdiction], excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these Terms: [contact email]. See also our Privacy Policy.
